Warranty or non-Warranty Returns
Whether it’s damaged goods from logistics, an existing PV system that’s been banged up, a flawed product or the wrong order, we’ll work with your operations and warehouse management team to develop key processes for returns sent to the Commercial Solar Panel Recycling facility.
For resellable or repairable products, we’ll work with you to find a buyer or worthwhile non-profit for donation. And, of course, if the return is determined to be DOA, we’ll responsibly recycle it for you and provide full chain of custody documentation and a Certificate of Recycling for your records.
You’ll be in control of determining component disposition, costs and RMA determinations while ensuring nothing is just dumped in a landfill.
